Each company operating on a competitive market aims at satisfying their customers' needs. In order to satisfy them, they must be thoroughly known. From the beginning of its activity "daphnia" has focused to the greatest extent on improving the quality of its products. In order to make the highest quality products we introduced various technological solutions. At present we can say that we introduced one of the most modern technologies in the world, allowing to eliminate the problem of insects occurrence in food. Insects' presence in food is the problem of all producers of animal food, wholesale traders, shops and target recipients. All preventive measures are very often ineffective. That is why we decided to create a system which would finally eliminate the possibility of unwanted worms' occurrence in our products. As a result of long experiments and research we have developed such a system and we called it STOPINS, which is an abbreviation of the words - STOP INSECTS. This system allows to protect the product against insects with 100% of effectiveness up to the moment when it is opened by the end customer.

The technology introduced by our company found recognition of experts from the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, as one of the most innovative solutions offered by Polish entrepreneurs in 2004. According to our observations of the Polish and foreign market of accessories for pets, only the "daphnia" company as one of many producers of food for animals says clearly and openly - our products are free from worms.

During the packing process done with the use of special machines, the process of replacing the atmosphere inside the packaging takes place and then the product is closed tightly. The technology possessed by our company allows complete removing of air from the inside of the package and replacing it with the mixture of adequate gases. The mixture of a few gases which can have contact with food ensures an efficient stopping measure for the development of insects and maintains bio-active properties of foods, it draws out and maintains natural flavour of components included in the food, which becomes due to that more attractive for animals and it is eaten by them more willingly. It must be underlined there that the gases used in the packing process are substances accepted for contacts with food, completely neutral for the natural environment and neutral for people and animals.

Another challenge on the way of introduction of the STOPINS system was application of a proper foil. The mixture of gases used is characterised with a considerable migration coefficient. This means in practice, that the gas particles go through foil and ambient air enters the package, making all the procedure inefficient. In order to prevent the process one should use foil with perfect barrier parameters. Foils used in food industry guarantee the existence of the barrier for around three months. Such parameters were insufficient for our STOPINS technology. Many years of experiments and searching for a proper material ended in starting our co-operation with one of the world potentates in the branch of the latest foil packages, who produces packages for leading food industry companies. In such a way we became owners of foil that guarantees the existence of barrier for 12 months - this result is one of the best in the world.

AVIK EXCLUSIVE food is a mixture of the highest quality of components, perfectly balanced in order to satisfy special food requirements of our animals. Properly selected proportions of ingredients are beneficial for the health have nutritive and regenerating properties, strengthen the natural immunity or animal's organism.
